1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Lotare AS ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Norway.

2. Booking and Payments

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit (usually 20%) has been paid. Full payment is required 30 days prior to the travel date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 60 days before travel: Full refund minus admin fee.
• 30-60 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days: No refund.

4. Travel Insurance

It is mandatory for all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal injury, and trip cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lotare acts as an agent for transport companies and hotels. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by these third-party providers or natural events (Force Majeure).
